Terms of Service for GetReply

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GetReply Chrome Extension and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. GetReply is a B2B productivity tool intended for professional use.

2. Description of Service and Disclaimer

GetReply is an AI-powered text generation assistant. GetReply is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn™ Corporation. You acknowledge that GetReply is a writing assistant, not an automation tool.

• You are solely responsible for the messages you send and the actions you take using our Service.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, response rates, or business results from using the generated text.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use GetReply to:

• Generate or send spam, harassing, defamatory, or abusive messages.
• Violate the Terms of Service or User Agreement of LinkedIn™ or any other third-party platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI prompts of the Service.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments, subscriptions, and billing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh (and their underlying payment processors). By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to their terms of service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5. Strict Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs associated with AI generation APIs, our refund policy is strict:

• No Refunds for Used Credits: Once you have generated a message using our AI (which consumes server resources), you waive your right to a refund for that billing period.
• EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver: If you are an EU resident, you acknowledge and agree that by accessing the Service and generating your first message, you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws.
• Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to your credits until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
• Exceptions: Refunds are strictly limited to technical errors resulting in double billing or if the service is completely inaccessible due to our server downtime for more than 72 consecutive hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETREPLY AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Suspension, restriction, or banning of your third-party accounts (including LinkedIn™ accounts).

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
